Constantina has been dancing flamenco since she can remember herself. She has performed in group and solo shows worldwide, including in New York (U.S.), Virginia (U.S.), Barcelona (Spain) and Athens (Greece). In 2012, she was awarded with the first prize of the Spanish Dance Society.
Constantina started writing from a very young age, and received the Minoan Publications Award, when she was only 8 years old. In 2019, she won the first place at the 9th Panhellenic Poetry Competition. Since 2019 she has been publishing a monthly poetry column on Natural Selections magazine (published by Rockefeller University). She has published single poems in several poetry magazines, such as the Lumiere Review, The Rye Whiskey Review, Poetry Super Highway, Stuck in the Library, Kaló Mína, and Eneken.
